Semence means seed. The idea behind the brand is that beautiful things can be grown instead of mined. It's a fine jewelry label for people who want heirloom quality without the mine: lab-grown diamonds and moissanite set in solid gold, sold direct.

A Chrome extension (Manifest V3) that reads a LinkedIn profile, finds real common ground (shared schools, companies, city, industries, skills, mutual connections) and drafts three personalized connection notes.
Runs fully on-device with a local LLM (Gemma via Ollama), with a rule engine fallback.
Scores job postings and fills in applications, but never submits for you.
A Chrome extension (Manifest V3) that scores a job posting against your profile and resume: a 0 to 100 fit score, an apply, stretch or skip verdict, gaps and red flags. It then autofills the application form and drafts a cover letter you can edit.
Runs on a local Ollama model or NVIDIA's hosted API. It never clicks Submit, and sensitive questions like visa, salary and demographics stay blank unless your profile answers them, enforced in code.
My working paper argues that AI won't wipe out human work evenly. It splits it: people who direct AI get far more output from each hour, and people whose tasks AI absorbs get squeezed. The paper is about where that line falls, and what businesses and policymakers can do about it.
